We are versatile and can arrange space in a variety of ways.
We can lease suites as single exam rooms, a whole pod (3 exam room with
business alcove), or we can lease the back half of the building which could
include the possibility of a separate entrance and lobby area. |

| Space is leased based on square footage of private
use as well as common areas of shared space such as lobby and
retail area, business alcoves, treatment area, ICU wards, surgical suites,
dental and endoscope suite. Also if our equipment is being used, there will
be an additional fee for equipment rental. |

building and grounds maintenance and upkeep is included as well as
utilities and building security. |
